눈치채셨겠지만, 이 책은‘아낌없이 주는 나무’에서 영감을 받은 책입니다. 그 책은 참으로 철학적이지만, 그 해석은 너무 어려운 것 같습니다. 그래서 어린이와 나무라는 소재로 좀 쉽게 따뜻하고 아름다운 이야기를 만들어보고 싶었습니다. 이 책속에서 주인공 소녀는 나무에게 많은 것을 받고, 배우게 됩니다. 그리고 나중에는 나무를 돕고, 그의 뜻을 실천하는 어른으로 성장하게 됩니다. As you may have noticed, this book is inspired by ‘The Giving Tree.’ The book is indeed philosophical, but its interpretation seems too difficult. So I wanted to create an easy, warm and beautiful story using children and trees. In this book, the main character girl receives and learns many things from the tree. And later, she grows into an adult who helps the tree and puts his will into practice.
